09/27/2010: David Cook: Bill Bainter reported that Ursa is able to buy 100 percent of their water from CCPWC now that a new control valve has been installed between the two systems. I told him that I would not inactivate the well, until it was physically disconnected from the water system. I did switch the well and TP01 to active emergency status. Since this well is scheduled to be abandoned before December, DEFER MONITORING UNTIL NEXT YEAR _ OOS SEPT - DEC2010

04/21/2010: Due to high nitrate with well 1, today switch on connenction to Clayton-Camp Point. ok'd by Springfield Region. JL
